The first encounter:
I’d always remember the day when I saw Ofra for the first time, beside hearing her on the radio. It was in this French TV program, “Champ Elysée”. Of course, Ofra came to sing “Im Nin’alu”. I was sitting in the living room, the eyes wide open and sparkling, as for the first time, I was looking at Ofra, this smooth voice which I have heard too little on the radio, according to my taste. I was 11 back then.

This was going to change my life, I’ve changed totally. For the first time, I knew the meaning of the word “soul”. I’d heard about it before, but I couldn’t figure out how to distinguish it from the rest. Everything was clear from that moment on. I knew I had a soul, I knew where it was, how it was… because Ofra, from the first time, awoke it. Since then, I always try to progress with this soul which was awoken by Ofra.
